This project was just my stress ball for a few years. Everytime I was upset I ran to it. Whether it was expressing myself through my words or playing it was on this project. Heart break, self doubt and fear were some of the main subjects of the songs. I'm so happy with this project because it was a much needed theraputic release at the time. Now that it is finished it is a constant reminder to me of who I can be if I allow the pain to dictate my life. Pain will forever be present but it is up to us to not allow it to dictate our lives.
